Field Trip FAQs

When are field trips:  Most field trips will be scheduled on Fridays.  Some exceptions may be made depending on availability.

How do I find out about a field trip: All field trips will be posted on Facebook under the Distance Education group for your location and emailed.

How do I sign up for a field trip:  Follow the link posted on Facebook\emailed to you (it will come to this page).  Click on the field trip you want and the signup will contain all of the field trip details.  Sign up and then pay through Paypal.  Please remember that space is limited and only those who have signed up and paid in advance will be allowed to attend. 

What if I sign up and then can’t go:  No refunds will be given for field trips; however you may sell your spot to another family and are welcome to post it on the schools Facebook page to find an interested  family.

Who can go on the field trips: The fields trips are for immediate families only, unless otherwise specified.  Immediate family includes Dad, Mom and younger siblings.  An exception can be made IF Dad is unable to attend and another adult is needed to help with small children.

What if I am running late:  NO late arrivals will be admitted, no exceptions, and you will lose any fees paid.  We are required to check in and pay as a group.  Venues will not allow any additional entries once the payment has been made.  If you arrive late, you will be asked to pay the normal price.

How do we get to/from the field trips: We do not provide transportation.  You will need to provide that on your own.
